Arkadiusz Milik scored his second goal in as many games and Mattia Perin saved a Luka Jovic penalty as Juventus were held to a 1-1 draw at Fiorentina.
Milik made his first Juve start, with in-form ex-Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic dropping to the bench, and he opening the scoring early on at Stadio Artemio Franchi.
The Bianconeri faded after that promising start and Christian Kouame equalised with his first Serie A goal since September 2020.
Perin brilliantly denied Jovic after Leandro Paredes gave away a penalty on his debut and that ensured Juve remain unbeaten this season.
Juve were in front nine minutes in, when Juan Cuadrado s cross was met by a Filip Kostic volley that was chested in by Milik from close range.

Playing at Anfield gives Premier League leaders Liverpool power , according to Japanese forward Takumi Minamino.
The champions have gone 66 top-flight games without defeat at home – a club record – and have triumphed in all seven of their games at Anfield during the 2020-21 season.
The Reds last loss at home in the Premier League came in April 2017 when Crystal Palace claimed a 2-1 victory courtesy of a brace from former player Christian Benteke.
It was a Palace side managed by Sam Allardyce, who brings West Brom to Merseyside on Sunday.
Minamino, who joined the champions from Salzburg in January, is at a loss to explain why they are so dominant on home turf, but claims there is something special about playing at Anfield.

Luka Modric has been rumoured with a move away from Real Madrid for quite some time now. Ever since the World Cup final in which the Croatia international took part, the media are moving him away from his current club. He was then rumoured to be moving to Inter Milan, and join Marcelo Brozovic, Sime Vrsaljko and Ivan Perisic, his compatriots, but nothing came of it.
After a very poor season following a Ballon d Or win, Modric is being mentioned as a player that could be sold this summer, but former Real Madrid striker and former sporting director of the club, Predrag Mijatovic, thinks that will not happen.
He will continue, Mijatovic told El Larguero . I have spoken with him. He is a committed chap and the problem won t be Modric. It won t be easy to recover…
Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte labelled Harry Kane a world-class striker , adding the Spurs star is one of the best players he has worked with despite his goalscoring woes.
Kane is the reigning Premier League Golden Boot winner, but the Tottenham talisman has struggled this season, scoring just once in 14 appearances.
It comes after Kane eyed a Spurs exit before the start of the 2021-22 campaign, however, a proposed move to champions Manchester City did not materialise.
Despite looking a shadow of his usual self, Conte – who has managed the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Carlos Tevez and Diego Costa – hailed England captain Kane.
Harry is a world-class striker, Conte said ahead of Sunday s showdown with Liverpool. Every day that I train him I understand…

Former Arsenal forward Serge Gnabry scored four times as Bayern Munich embarrassed Tottenham 7-2 in London, piling the pressure on under-fire Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs were comfortably the better side in the first half of the Champions League Group B encounter and took the lead early on, but they were made to rue their profligacy in front of goal, as a Gnabry-inspired Bayern taught woeful Spurs a lesson after the break.
Son Heung-min put Spurs deservedly in front, though Bayern were ahead by the break, with Joshua Kimmich and Robert Lewandowski netting fine strikes.
That was only the beginning, however, as Bayern went on to decimate their hosts – Gnabry scoring twice in two minutes, with Harry Kane s penalty nothing more than a consolation.

Wayne Rooney has become the highest goalscorer in Manchester United s history, surpassing Bobby Charlton with his 250th goal for the club.
The 31-year-old drew level with Charlton in the FA Cup tie with Reading earlier this month but it is Saturday s Premier League match at Stoke City that will now go down in United folklore.
With United trailing 1-0 at the bet365 Stadium, Rooney was sent on as a substitute midway through the second half and earned a last-gasp draw for his side, curling a superb free-kick into the top-right corner from the edge of the box.
The goal also saw Rooney break another record – becoming the top Premier League goalscorer in away matches.
The strike was his 88th top-flight goal on the road, moving him one clear of Alan Shearer in…
